Come join us for an opportunity to participate in a free virtual cooking demonstration curating a healthy, easy, IBS, Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Low FodMap dinner! This class will be led by an expert Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Ali Moczarski, from Flame Wellness and Hosted by Marcie Conde at Soundry Health. We will be providing you with an informational handout on IBS & Low FodMap, and a delicious dinner recipe. We will be making Chicken or Fish Lemon Piccata with Oven Roasted Herbed Potatoes and String Beans.
